NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by Trinity Lutheran Church of Blooming Prairie that:

1.  The Corporation, whose principal office is located at 5881 SE 118th Street, Blooming Prairie, MN 55917, is in the process of voluntary dissolution.

2.  The Corporation has filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State a Notice of Intent to Dissolve.

3.  Such Notice was filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State on the 30th day of October 2018.

4.  All claims by creditors or claimants must be in writing and must be presented to:
