Barbara Wilker, 82, Owatonna

Barbara Cleone (Rohwer) Wilker, age 82, died November 11, 2025, in Hospice Care at Brookdale Senior Living, Faribault, MN.

Barbara was born on November 17, 1942, in Owatonna, MN, to William and Charlotte (Staley) Rohwer. She married Wesley Wilker of Owatonna on July 9, 1960. They made their home in Owatonna, raising three children.

Barbara enjoyed playing cards with friends and family, watching Viking football games, and caring for her beloved cats. Spending time around animals was one of her favorite pastimes. She loved reading and drawing and made incredible candy and divinity.

Barbara is survived by her daughters Kimberly Wilker (Kim) and Tracy Schroer, granddaughter Nicole Shaw (Daniel), and two great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Parker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Charlotte Rohwer; her son Charles Wilker; siblings William “Bill” Rohwer, Roger "Jim" Rohwer, Charlotte Olson, Douglas Rohwer, and June Rohwer.

Services will be held at St. John Church (1301 Lincoln Ave. SE, Owatonna) on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM with Pastor Dave Klawiter officiating. There will be an hour-long visitation prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM at the church. A graveside service will follow at Owatonna Memorial Gardens. Services will be livestreamed.
