BREAKING NEWS: BODY RECOVERED FROM STRAIGHT RIVER

A body has been recovered after an afternoon search by Steele County emergency personnel by the Straight River south of Owatonna. 
The victim has not yet been identified. Rescuers pulled the body from the river around 5 p.m. Monday.
According to the State Patrol, a truck veered off Interstate 35 and went into the river around 12:43 p.m. Monday. Multiple agencies joined in the search to find the driver and any potential passengers in the truck.
