BREAKING NEWS: Flooding forces History Center to close

The spring flooding has forced the Steele County History Center in Owatonna to close for today.
Underground flooding has affected office space and a conference area in the center. However, the exhibit hall, gift shop and Wenger Room appear to be okay at this time.
