BREAKING NEWS UPDATE: Victims identified in deadly Dodge County crash

The State Patrol has released the names of the victims in Wednesday night’s deadly crash near Claremont.
Dead are Jay Wayne Logan, 57, and his wife, Elizabeth Ann Logan, 52, of New Richland. 
The patrol said both Jay and Elizabeth were wearing their seat belts and no alcohol is believed to be involved in the crash.
