Free Park Day Challenge this Saturday

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is sponsoring a “Free Park Day Challenge” at four area state parks: Rice Lake in Steele County, Nerstrand Big Woods, Sakatah Lake and Myre-Big Island. It will take place Saturday, Feb. 19.
Those parks will have individual park challenges to celebrate free admission day to all Minnesota State Parks on that day. Park visitors will have the chance to participate in any or all of the challenges for a chance to win an individual park prize and one grand prize for all four parks.
There is no entrance fee for the contest. Instructions will be located at each park’s office and must be submitted before the park closes at 10 p.m.
