Authorities identify man found dead at SCFF

The Steele County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the person who was found dead Wednesday at the Steele County Free Fair. 

The man has been identified as Dean Vincent Longo, 66, of Tucson, Ariz. 

His death has been determined to be from natural causes; he was found near a vendor booth inside the Four Seasons Centre. 

The SCSO was assisted in its investigation by the Steele County Coroner’s Office. 

The Longo family, along with the coroner’s office, has indicated an autopsy will not be requested.
